Job Duties

  • Training evaluator for all new hires
  • Provide onboarding information and daily training presentation
  • Follow up assessments and recaps
  • Responsible for weekly GFS orders
  • Conducts weekly cleaning chart
  • Owns monthly evaluation inspection
  • Follows up on all catering orders
  • Creating schedules and controlling labor
  • Customer interaction and experience
  • Daily review of online reviews
  • Cash deposits
  • Addressing performance issues with staff
  • Quality control through daily line checks
  • Problem solving
  • Team collaboration and staff meetings
  • In-store promotions
  • Daily sales reports
  • Monthly invoice reports and reconciling all vendors
  • Monthly labor reports and adjusting labor based on sales trends
  • Monthly and weekly inventory reports
  • Conflict resolution
  • Proficient in all stations
  • Accountability including coaching write-ups
