Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a 50-hour work week
- Experience in restaurant leadership or management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer and employee concerns professionally
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Qualifications

- Experience with Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, or Wendy's is a plus
- Prior roles as assistant restaurant manager, assistant hospitality manager, or shift supervisor are advantageous
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
- Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
- Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
