Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a 50-hour work week
  • Experience in restaurant leadership or management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer and employee concerns professionally
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Qualifications

  • Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Passionate about people development and creating positive team culture
  • Results-driven, organized, and motivated to grow your career
  • Experience with Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, or Wendy's is a plus
  • Prior roles as assistant restaurant manager, assistant hospitality manager, or shift supervisor are advantageous

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
