The Assistant Restaurant Manager, also referred to as a Food Service Supervisor or Management Assistant Manager, plays a critical role in Braum's day-to-day operations and long-term success. This position carries the responsibility of executing Braum's brand strategy while actively promoting the company’s vision, mission, and values to create an outstanding customer experience. The Assistant Manager acts as a leader and coach for the store crew members, helping to build a motivated and efficient team. They oversee store sales by ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
In addition to managing the food service operations, the Assistant Manager is tasked with overseeing grocery market and fountain sales, maintaining inventory and supply levels, and managing kitchen equipment. They are also responsible for enforcing safety and cleanliness standards to meet company policies, ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the Store Manager and other leadership team members.
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule based on a three-week cycle, averaging around 45 hours per week with shifts typically from 2:00 pm until close. The compensation range for this role is between $16.50 and $17.00 per hour, which translates to an annual salary of approximately $48,000 to $49,500. Job Requirements

Job Duties
