Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a rotating 3-week schedule with 45 hours per week
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to follow practices and procedures
- Must pass criminal background check and job-fit assessment
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a rotating schedule including evenings
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
- Ability to enforce policies and handle disciplinary actions professionally
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Collaborate with leadership team members to maintain effective communication
- Monitor and analyze store performance reports to improve operational efficiency
