Job Requirements

2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
ability to assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures
experience maintaining inventory and managing labor
ensure all employees receive proper training and resources
commitment to championing KFC's culture and values
adept at leading efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation
ability to identify and recruit exceptional talent
strong communication skills for performance appraisal, disciplinary action, and training
comply with corporate policies, procedures and occupational health and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals and employee training
ability to lead and motivate the team through recognition and collaboration
experience with financial management including cash control and labor management
knowledge of health and safety standards and corporate policies
commitment to promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging
capable of addressing employee relations issues effectively
skilled in recruitment and hiring processes

Job Duties

ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs
oversee team members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards
take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence
collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance and providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback
address employee relations issues promptly and escalate when necessary
assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members while promoting equity and inclusion
assist with profit and loss management including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management
review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize performance
support the RGM in facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed
