The Assistant Manager position at KFC plays a vital role in maintaining the operational success and high standards of the restaurant. Working as an Assistant Manager at KFC means committing to approximately 50 hours per week, with a fair compensation structure that includes 40 hours paid at a regular rate and an additional 10 hours at time and a half, reflecting the demanding but rewarding nature of the position. Job Requirements

2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
ability to assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures
experience maintaining inventory and managing labor
ensure all employees receive proper training and resources

adept at leading efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation
ability to identify and recruit exceptional talent
strong communication skills for performance appraisal, disciplinary action, and training

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
