The Assistant FOH Manager role at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is a critical leadership position tasked with supporting the overall front-of-house operations while promoting the company’s culture and operational standards.   • Must have 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service high-volume restaurant
  • Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper staffing levels by recruiting and interviewing talented team members following company guidelines
  • Manages FOH team members including scheduling performance feedback and discipline
  • Responsible for ongoing training and professional development of all team members with a focus on the FOH team
  • Effectively communicates with the management team and corporate team to ensure Walk-On's service standards without issue
  • Drives daily weekly monthly and quarterly sales goals through internal incentives
  • Prepares daily and weekly labor projections based on business performance
  • Recognizes accomplishments and creates a performance-based workplace where winning is standard
