Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old

  • certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program

Job Duties

  • ensure shift leaders and team members perform job responsibilities and meet expectations
  • follow the DHC Training Program for new skills and training
  • communicate training needs to supervisor
  • conduct ops walks and Q&A checks
  • organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
  • assign duties based on roles and skills
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • handle guest concerns professionally
  • provide feedback to team members
  • train, schedule, and manage employees
  • balance cash drawers and prepare deposits
  • assist management as directed
  • enforce restaurant policies
  • plan and implement daily routines
  • complete administrative duties
  • supervise opening and closing activities
  • establish open communication
  • role model positive business practices
  • follow food and cash control guidelines
  • support management decisions
