The Assistant Manager role is a pivotal position responsible for directing the overall restaurant operation. This means leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service while managing the store’s financial performance. The Assistant Manager works closely with Team Members to cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment through effective training, communication, and leadership. This role requires a professional approach to interactions with customers, employees, and corporate management, serving as a role model by adhering to all relevant labor and health regulations and upholding company and brand standards.

The Assistant Manager is expected to drive sales and profitability by effectively executing the company’s business plan. This involves not only managing day-to-day operations but also fostering teamwork, maintaining integrity, honesty, and accountability in all business activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, financial literacy, and the ability to perform under pressure while multi-tasking.

Job Requirements

  • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
  • Top-notch customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
  • Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Must submit to a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred but not required
  • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
  • Top-notch customer service skills

  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license required
