The role of the Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) is crucial for supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in overseeing daily operations. The ARGM steps in to lead the restaurant in the absence of the RGM, making sure that the company’s policies and standards are consistently upheld. This leadership role demands a proactive individual capable of managing both staff and operational elements to deliver outstanding service and high-quality products. The ARGM works closely with the RGM to recruit, hire, train, and motivate team members while also handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. A strong focus is placed on resolving guest concerns promptly and fostering positive engagement to enhance the dining experience. The successful candidate must be capable of maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for both employees and customers, while managing resources efficiently. This full-time role requires a commitment to working at least 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Job Requirements

- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Job Qualifications
