Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in food service or hospitality management
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Support daily operations and maintain high standards for food quality and customer service
- Lead and mentor team members fostering a positive collaborative work environment
- Manage inventory ordering and coordination with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure compact space runs smoothly during busy periods
- Contribute to company culture by embodying values and connecting with customers
- Assist with opening closing and other operational responsibilities as needed
