Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in food service or hospitality management
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes

Job Duties

  • Support daily operations and maintain high standards for food quality and customer service
  • Lead and mentor team members fostering a positive collaborative work environment
  • Manage inventory ordering and coordination with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Ensure compact space runs smoothly during busy periods
  • Contribute to company culture by embodying values and connecting with customers
  • Assist with opening closing and other operational responsibilities as needed
