The Applebee's Assistant Manager role is integral to the success of the restaurant, involving comprehensive engagement in daily operations. This position requires a dynamic leader who can inspire both guests and staff by delivering exceptional service and creating an enjoyable atmosphere. The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager and Area Director to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards and policies.

Responsibilities encompass managing customer service, maintaining inventory, scheduling staff, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and addressing issues promptly and effectively. The role is hands-on; Assistant Managers are expected to fill in various team member positions whenever necessary, including cooking, bartending, and seating guests. Compensation for the Applebee's Assistant Manager ranges from $18.18 to $25.71 per hour, which translates to approximately $51,994 to $73,530 annually based on a 50-hour workweek. Additional incentives include potential monthly bonuses depending on location, profit sharing, and competitive wages.
