Currently, Hamra Enterprises is seeking motivated and enthusiastic full-time Assistant Managers to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences. Assistant Managers are viewed as integral to the success of the restaurants, with responsibilities that include overseeing daily operations, leading and motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • full work availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work a 50 hour work week
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • successful completion of a background check
  • authorized to work in the united states with e-verify
  • ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years restaurant management experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • familiarity with financial accountability and budgeting
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction
  • lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff effectively
  • manage financial responsibilities including budgeting and cost control
  • maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • collaborate with upper management to implement company initiatives
  • ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
