Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 10 hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills including reading and writing
- Finger and hand dexterity
- Willingness to work in multiple restaurant roles
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food certification a plus
- Serve Safe Alcohol certification a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines
- Cultivates a culture in accordance with Flynn Applebee's core values and beliefs
- Ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints
- Ensures guest contact priority with completion of required table visits
- Maintains departmental inventory levels
- Ensures product preparation and presentation meets company standards
- Effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
- Maintains effective safety and security programs
- Promotes and leads restaurant organization, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
- Promotes quality recruitment and referrals of potential team members and management candidates
- Implements Flynn Applebee's training procedures for new managers
- Maintains a trained staff through orientation, training sessions, and employee meetings
- Participates in employee development and performance evaluations
- Provides feedback and assists with employee development areas
- Monitors employee performance and documents disciplinary actions
- Assures compliance with company policies
- Controls cost in assigned department
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Conducts bi-weekly or weekly food and liquor inventories
- Prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
- Ensures sanitation standards meet health department and company standards
- Acts as a role model for managers and employees
- Develops self on store-related technology
- Willing and able to work in all restaurant positions as needed
- Uses Management Development Program for leadership growth
