The Assistant Manager position plays a crucial role in the operations leadership team at The Parking Spot. This full-time role with a schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, 3pm to 11pm (with Monday and Tuesday off) offers a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, including eligibility for overtime pay. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring the physical condition and appearance of the property and vehicle fleet meet company standards. Your responsibilities include managing and motivating staff, conducting training to enhance employee performance, and handling customer service challenges with professionalism and efficiency.

This role requires a hands-on leadership approach where you act as an owner of your facility. You will be involved in operational improvements, maintenance, and shuttle vehicle repairs, along with enforcing company policies and compliance with all applicable regulations governing commercial vehicle operations.
