Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food handler certification
- alcohol dispensing certification if required by law
- previous restaurant experience preferred
- previous management experience preferred
- knowledge of labor laws and safety standards
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee department team member execution and overall performance
- ensure smooth daily operations of the sports bar
- lead and execute in-house marketing initiatives
- manage execution of the rewards program
- train and develop team members
- maintain compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety procedures
- handle computer and operational systems management
