Job Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
Ability to work full-time shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in restaurant management
Proven leadership skills
Ability to train and develop team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of profit and loss management
Familiarity with operations management
Experience managing food cost and labor cost
ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it

Job Duties

Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
Hire, train and coach the team
Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
Work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, and workplace safety
Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
