Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in developing a dedicated team delivering great and friendly guest experiences
- Assist in the development of Crew and Shift Leaders

- Support daily restaurant operations and team management
- Help manage financial aspects including budgeting and sales tracking
- Step in to manage shifts in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff members
