It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA. Therefore, if you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. McDonald's USA does not manage or influence any employment decisions or receive applications or information during the hiring process.
This specific role is for an Assistant Manager at this independently operated McDonald's restaurant. Assistant Managers at this franchise are expected to be full-time employees with open availability. As a managerial team member, you will lead shifts and ensure that every customer receives a fast, friendly, accurate service during every visit. The role is dynamic, filled with responsibilities ranging from managing day-to-day operations, coaching team members, delegating tasks, and ensuring store goals are met.
