Job Requirements

must be 18 years or older
full-time availability with open schedule
prior management experience
ability to lead and motivate a team
willing to work in a fast-paced, customer service environment

Job Qualifications

previous managerial experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
positive team player with flexible schedule
strong communication and leadership skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
set goals and delegate tasks to the team
follow up on task completion and report results
provide coaching and direction to team members
help run daily restaurant operations
support hiring and scheduling as needed
