Job Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar supervisory role

Job Duties
- Provide and coach restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner
- Maintain an awareness of the overall restaurant facility's condition
- notify management of equipment failure or maintenance/supply needs
- perform or direct general housekeeping duties
- Monitor and ensure that all food product areas are stocked, rotated and displayed to ensure freshness, appeal and easy customer access
- Train employees to enter all transactions at the time of purchase at the correct price using the correct keys/codes
- complete all shift sales in accordance with company policies
- Manage accurate cash, sales, food cost, payroll and inventory control records and accounts for variances
- Oversee the activities of restaurant employees as directed by the QSR Supervisor
- Ensure all restaurant employees follow government laws, health and safety codes, inspection standards, and company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers and protecting company assets
