Job Duties

  • Provide and coach restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner
  • Maintain an awareness of the overall restaurant facility's condition
  • notify management of equipment failure or maintenance/supply needs
  • perform or direct general housekeeping duties
  • Monitor and ensure that all food product areas are stocked, rotated and displayed to ensure freshness, appeal and easy customer access
  • Train employees to enter all transactions at the time of purchase at the correct price using the correct keys/codes
  • complete all shift sales in accordance with company policies
  • Manage accurate cash, sales, food cost, payroll and inventory control records and accounts for variances
  • Oversee the activities of restaurant employees as directed by the QSR Supervisor
  • Ensure all restaurant employees follow government laws, health and safety codes, inspection standards, and company policies and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers and protecting company assets
