Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work from 2:00 pm to close with a rotating 3-week schedule
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Commitment to high integrity and work ethic
- Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and team members
- Willingness to participate in background check and job-fit assessment as part of onboarding
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Retail management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to analyze reports and adapt team alignment

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership team to meet unit goals
- Analyze sales and performance reports to enhance operational efficiency
