The company emphasizes the importance of a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences. With a strong focus on employee development through comprehensive training, coaching, and collaborative learning, Hamra Enterprises creates a nurturing setting that supports both personal and professional growth.

Currently, Hamra Enterprises is seeking full-time Assistant Managers who embody their core values and demonstrate a passion for delivering "guest delight." This role is designed for individuals who wear their smiles with pride and are motivated to contribute to the success of the business and the community it serves. Assistant Managers at Hamra Enterprises are integral to managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring superior customer service, maintaining financial accountability, and empowering team members to perform at their best. The company fosters a culture of success that extends beyond business metrics to include meaningful philanthropic efforts in partnership with organizations such as Boston Children’s Hospital, Make-A-Wish Illinois, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, and Children's Miracle Network.

This position offers a range of benefits, including highly competitive pay with quarterly bonus potential, a variety of health and related insurance options, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, significant opportunities for career advancement within an expanding company, and product discounts. The company values employees who are reliable, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are committed to a full work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Hamra Enterprises requires candidates to be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. With over 2 years of restaurant management experience and exposure to financial accountability, candidates will be well-prepared to manage and lead their teams effectively.

Assistant Managers at Hamra Enterprises engage in various operational and leadership duties that promote efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development. They must be physically capable of performing tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving throughout the restaurant, handling kitchen and register equipment, lifting moderately heavy items, and maintaining cleanliness standards across the facility. The company supports equal employment opportunities and complies with E-Verify to ensure all employees are authorized to work in the United States.

Joining Hamra Enterprises means becoming part of a vibrant and purpose-driven organization where you can build a rewarding career while making a positive impact in your community. The company encourages enthusiastic, adaptable, and customer-focused professionals to apply and create something amazing together. If you are ready to take your management career to the next level in a dynamic hospitality environment, Hamra Enterprises is eager to welcome you aboard.
