As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day store functions, making critical decisions that drive both operational efficiency and customer delight. You are expected to work closely with your team members to maintain high standards of food safety and guest service, specifically ensuring compliance with Serve Safe certification guidelines. Flexibility is key, as this position requires working within a store located within a 50-mile radius and maintaining a flexible schedule that often includes weekends.
