Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead through example
- work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- be flexible to change in a restaurant environment
- manage administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts and food safety standards
- help build company brand and culture by interviewing, hiring and training new team members
- oversee a diverse team ensuring the highest product quality and cleanliness standards
- provide daily feedback and performance reviews to develop and lead the team
- cultivate the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere and positive service
- perform other duties as assigned
