Job Requirements
- Flexible availability
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds regularly during a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or management experience
- Availability to work full time

- Prior retail experience preferred
- Previous supervisor or management experience preferred
- Strong recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills
- Experience handling food is a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
- Proficient cash-handling and bookkeeping skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to advocate and empathize
- Knowledge of safety and security standards
Job Duties
- Assist store manager with oversight of station store operations
- Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks
- Manage bookkeeping and merchandising
- Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Execute the store's food program standards
- Lead and motivate a team of employees
- Recruit, interview, and hire new team members
- Delegate tasks and follow up
- Teach and motivate others
- Plan and organize store operations
- Communicate plans and ideas effectively
- Handle cash and bookkeeping accurately
- Solve problems efficiently
- Advocate for and empathize with customers and staff
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
