Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds regularly during a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail or management experience
  • Availability to work full time

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Previous supervisor or management experience preferred
  • Strong recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills
  • Experience handling food is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organize effectively
  • Proficient cash-handling and bookkeeping skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to advocate and empathize
  • Knowledge of safety and security standards

Job Duties

  • Assist store manager with oversight of station store operations
  • Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks
  • Manage bookkeeping and merchandising
  • Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers
  • Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Execute the store's food program standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new team members
  • Delegate tasks and follow up
  • Teach and motivate others
  • Plan and organize store operations
  • Communicate plans and ideas effectively
  • Handle cash and bookkeeping accurately
  • Solve problems efficiently
  • Advocate for and empathize with customers and staff
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
