Job Duties
- Help lead the restaurant ensuring customers get fast, accurate, friendly service
- Lead assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to team and managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and execute sales promotions
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Maintain food quality, ensure safety and control food costs
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
