Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage specific restaurant departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- oversee training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- ensure sales promotions are implemented successfully
- maintain food quality and safety standards
- recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
