We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our management team. This role involves partnering closely with the General Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for supporting sales initiatives, supervising restaurant staff, managing schedules, implementing cost controls, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met. Additionally, this role involves coordinating routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities, as well as guaranteeing compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring prior restaurant or retail supervisory experience and a solid understanding of restaurant operations. Their leadership skills will be key to driving team performance and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. As Assistant Manager, the successful applicant will play an essential role in optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.

Job Requirements
