Job Requirements

Must be 18 years old
valid driver’s license
reliable personal transportation
availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
strong leadership and interpersonal skills
previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to lead and motivate a team
solid understanding of customer service principles
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Partner with the restaurant general manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot & fresh meals
grow and mentor team through training and hiring
effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
