Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in store locations within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or restaurant leadership preferred
  • Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist in daily store operations to meet financial goals
  • Hire, manage, and train associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • Delegate tasks and supervise store staff effectively
