Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Flexibility to work at stores within a 50-mile radius
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Experience in the food service industry is a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing store operations including hiring and training associates
  • Direct and manage team members to achieve store financial goals
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards
  • Participate in store leadership training program
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet store needs
  • Address and resolve customer and associate issues promptly
