Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Flexibility to work at stores within a 50-mile radius
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Serve Safe certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in managing store operations including hiring and training associates
- Direct and manage team members to achieve store financial goals
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards
- Participate in store leadership training program
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet store needs
- Address and resolve customer and associate issues promptly
