Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or restaurant leadership preferred
- Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
- Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of assigned store
- Able to manage fast-paced work environment
Job Duties
- Assist in managing store operations to achieve financial goals
- Hire, train, and manage store associates
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in and complete paid leadership training
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and Serve Safe certification
- Manage scheduling and labor costs
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
