Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for up to four hours
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail or restaurant leadership preferred
  • Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
  • Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of assigned store
  • Able to manage fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing store operations to achieve financial goals
  • Hire, train, and manage store associates
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Participate in and complete paid leadership training
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and Serve Safe certification
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
