The brand prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering an environment built on family values and community impact. Panda Express is committed to the professional and personal development of its employees, offering an inclusive work culture where associates are inspired to better their lives while contributing meaningfully to the company’s mission. This dedication is evident through extensive training programs, mentorship opportunities, and a supportive community that prioritizes success and growth.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing hiring processes, managing and directing staff to meet financial goals, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, and the willingness to work at any store within a 50-mile radius to best support the team and business needs.

Panda Express offers competitive compensation ranging between $23 to $26 per hour, reflective of factors including location and experience. In addition to pay, the company provides a generous benefits package for full-time associates, including medical, vision, dental, voluntary short-term disability, and cancer income protection insurance. Employees benefit from paid time off, paid holidays, bereavement leave, and programs to support community involvement. Moreover, Panda Express provides pre-tax dependent care flexible spending accounts, 401K plans with company match, discounts on gym memberships and theme parks, and opportunities for continued education through scholarships. The company also practices equal employment opportunity policies fully compliant with all applicable laws, actively welcoming diversity in its workforce and providing accommodations to ensure an inclusive environment for all associates. If you are looking for a rewarding career that combines leadership, growth opportunities, and a dynamic fast-paced environment, Panda Express is where you can build a future. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about team leadership, customer service, and personal advancement within the food service industry.
