Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in retail or food service leadership preferred but not required
  • Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • flexible availability including weekends
  • basic computer skills and ability to handle operational tasks

Job Duties

  • assist in managing daily store operations including hiring managing and directing associates to achieve financial and operational goals
  • ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective team leadership and quality control
  • participate in and complete store leadership training programs
  • oversee food safety and compliance with Serve Safe certification standards
  • manage scheduling and labor costs while maintaining productivity
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
  • support ongoing career and leadership development for team members
