- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or food service leadership preferred but not required
- Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- flexible availability including weekends
- basic computer skills and ability to handle operational tasks
Job Duties
- assist in managing daily store operations including hiring managing and directing associates to achieve financial and operational goals
- ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective team leadership and quality control
- participate in and complete store leadership training programs
- oversee food safety and compliance with Serve Safe certification standards
- manage scheduling and labor costs while maintaining productivity
- handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
- support ongoing career and leadership development for team members
