The role of Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) at VIOC is a critical leadership position designed for individuals passionate about automotive services and customer care. As the right hand to the Service Center Manager, the ASCM plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining a high-performance team that differentiates VIOC’s service experience from competitors. This position blends technical competency with people management skills, requiring the assistant manager to work directly on vehicles, assist guests, and simultaneously take charge of training, advising, and supervising hourly employees. The Assistant Service Center Manager helps oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient labor management, inventory control, financial performance, and adherence to health and safety standards.

This position offers competitive weekly pay starting at $21.25 per hour and includes paid on-the-job training, meaning no previous automotive experience is necessary to join the team.
