Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in restaurant or hospitality
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Capability to manage labor and financial goals
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
- Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
- Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
