Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Serve Safe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
