As an Assistant Manager at Panda Express, you will be an essential part of a dynamic team that runs one of the brand’s single stores. The role focuses on assisting with store operations which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals while ensuring guests receive exceptional experiences every time they visit. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks to prepare them thoroughly for success in this challenging and rewarding role.
