Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in pizza or restaurant management
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership capabilities
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- good organizational and problem-solving skills
- flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to handle cash responsibly
- keyholder authorization
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- experience in the pizza industry is preferred
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- proficiency in managing inventory and cash handling
- effective team development and training skills
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food
- train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- lead opening shifts by supervising and completing all opening tasks including cash handling and equipment setup
- lead closing shifts by ensuring all closing tasks are completed properly including cash reconciliation, cleaning, and securing the store
