Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in pizza or restaurant management
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to handle cash responsibly
  • keyholder authorization

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory role in the restaurant industry
  • experience in the pizza industry is preferred
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • proficiency in managing inventory and cash handling
  • effective team development and training skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food
  • train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • lead opening shifts by supervising and completing all opening tasks including cash handling and equipment setup
  • lead closing shifts by ensuring all closing tasks are completed properly including cash reconciliation, cleaning, and securing the store
