The role of Assistant Restaurant General Manager at Long John Silver's is an exciting leadership opportunity designed for motivated individuals who want to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 months' experience performing as a shift manager
  • pass the Assistant General Manager Readiness Checklist
  • available to work the required minimum of 40 hours per week
  • must have reliable transportation and ability to work nights and weekends
  • valid driver's license required
