The company is committed to delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences while fostering an organizational culture grounded in family values and community engagement. The workplace can be fast-paced and dynamic, demanding strong communication skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Employees must be prepared to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Joining Panda Express means becoming part of a company that not only strives for excellence in its culinary offerings but also invests deeply in its people. Benefits for full-time associates include medical, vision, and dental insurance, voluntary short-term disability, cancer income protection, and a 401K with company match. Associates enjoy paid time off, holidays, and various employee discounts, alongside opportunities for community involvement and continuous career and leadership development. Panda Express also supports educational advancement through scholarships and continuous education assistance, emphasizing their commitment to long-term associate growth and success.

Panda Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace free from discrimination based on legally protected characteristics. The company adheres to all federal, state, and local laws regarding workplace accommodations and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and associates in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
