Rosati's Pizza is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Assistant Manager to join their team. This role is essential to the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant and requires a self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, a willingness to assist the team during busy periods, and a friendly and responsible demeanor. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that both front-of-house and back-of-house teams perform optimally to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
