The company operates numerous locations across multiple states, continually expanding its footprint and impact in the food service industry.
The role of Shift Manager at Culver's is vital to the restaurant's success. This position is responsible for overseeing shifts to guarantee that all operations meet the company's high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. They manage product quality control, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and monitor inventory and financial transactions daily. The role also involves coaching team members on safety protocols, hospitality, and operational procedures, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting employee growth through training and development.
Additionally, the Shift Manager plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with restaurant standards related to uniforms, appearance, marketing material displays, and adherence to all system policies and procedures. They routinely perform restaurant tours to assess cleanliness and hospitality, review sales and labor data, and collaborate with the team to ensure labor cost standards are met. This leadership position demands strong organizational and communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Working as a Shift Manager at Culver's offers an enriching career opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where achieving operational excellence and guest satisfaction is the top priority. Compensation for this role is competitive and aligns with the candidate's qualifications and market standards.
