The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $20.98 to $27.27 per hour, approximately $60,000 to $78,000 annually based on a 50-hour work week. Additionally, there is potential for monthly bonuses depending on the location. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years restaurant management experience
Ability to work various shifts including weekends
Physical ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Effective reading and writing skills
Dexterity for handling small tools and equipment
Willingness to work in all restaurant positions as needed

Job Qualifications

At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
Serve Safe Food certification preferred
Serve Safe Alcohol certification preferred

Job Duties

Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit
Cultivates a culture in accordance with Flynn Applebee's core values and beliefs
Ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff
Ensures guest contact as a priority with completion of required table visits
Maintains departmental inventory levels
Ensures product preparation and presentation uncompromisingly meeting company standards by performing line checks
Effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
Maintains effective safety and security programs
Promotes and leads restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation
Performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
Promotes quality recruitment and referrals of team members and management candidates
Promotes Flynn Applebee's training procedures for new managers
Helps maintain a trained staff through effective orientation, training and meetings
Participates in employee development using performance documentation and evaluations
Assesses employee efficiency and provides fair feedback regularly
Monitors employee performance and documents situations requiring disciplinary action
Assures compliance with company policies and procedures
Controls cost in assigned department
Complies with local, state and federal laws and guidelines
Drives food and liquor inventories as required
Prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
Assures sanitation standards meet or exceed Health Department and company standards
Provides a role model for managers and employees
Develops self on store-related technology
Works in all positions as needed including cooking, expo, seating, bartending
