Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, reach
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Experience with profit and loss management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
- Hire, train & coach the team
- Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
- Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
