As a fast-paced restaurant, we focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development to maintain our reputation as a preferred dining destination. Our environment is dynamic and rewarding, offering opportunities for career growth, learning, and leadership. We take pride in serving our guests with efficiency and warmth, and we are committed to fostering a professional and supportive workplace culture that values teamwork and innovation.

The Assistant Manager (AM) role is vital to the smooth operation and success of our restaurant. Supporting the Restaurant General Manager, the AM ensures that guest satisfaction is consistently achieved by overseeing the daily operations of a single restaurant location. Key responsibilities include motivating and directing the team to provide fast, friendly service in a clean environment, training staff and supervisors on products and policies, ensuring cash control and security, implementing marketing initiatives, and managing labor and inventories effectively. The AM also plays a significant role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining team members, making recommendations on disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Physical requirements include the ability to perform active tasks like bending, stooping, lifting, and standing for extended periods. The Assistant Manager is integral to delivering excellent guest experiences and achieving increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment where leadership and operational skills are valued and nurtured.
