The role of an Applebee's Assistant Manager within Flynn Group is both dynamic and integral to the daily operations of each restaurant. Assistant Managers are deeply involved in all facets of running the store, from supervising staff and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction to managing inventory and operational logistics. They play a crucial leadership role in inspiring their team to deliver exceptional service and foster a positive, engaging dining environment. This position requires a strong leader who excels at problem-solving, remains calm under pressure, and can effectively motivate a diverse team of employees. The compensation for this position ranges from $17.48 to $25 per hour, equating to approximately $50,000 to $71,500 annually based on a 50-hour workweek, with potential opportunities for monthly bonuses depending on location. - Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit

- ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff
