Job Duties
- Maintain fast and accurate service
- Ensure positive guest relations
- Ensure products meet company quality standards
- Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies
- Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Assist Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- Conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate and train staff
- Maintain company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Execute corporate and local marketing plans in a timely manner
- Participate in hiring and firing decisions
- Promote recognition and motivation efforts
