The company operates with a commitment to family values and a mission to inspire its associates to improve both their personal and professional lives. This dedication to its people and communities has fostered a supportive and dynamic work environment where leadership development is highly valued.
Panda Express is currently seeking experienced and driven leaders to join their store management team as Assistant Managers. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a company dedicated to providing comprehensive training and mentorship, ensuring that candidates are set up for success from day one. The Assistant Manager role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for assisting in the overall operation of a single Panda Express store. This role is vital in driving business results through effective management and development of store associates, ensuring financial objectives are met, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
In this role, you will be empowered to oversee crucial store functions such as hiring, managing, and directing team members to achieve operational excellence. The position demands strong leadership skills, a flexible work schedule including weekends, and the physical ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment where multitasking and quick decision-making are essential. Panda Express provides new Assistant Managers with at least three weeks of intensive paid leadership training, preparing them thoroughly to take on their responsibilities confidently.
Panda Express offers a rewarding career path with significant growth opportunities within the company. Team members benefit from a generous compensation package that includes bonus opportunities, comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and voluntary insurance coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a variety of paid leave options. Additional perks such as free meals during shifts, discounts on memberships and theme parks, ongoing education assistance, leadership development programs, and the chance to make a positive impact on local communities make this a highly attractive employment opportunity.
The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, motivated to lead, and eager to contribute to a vibrant, fast-growing restaurant brand. If you are looking for a career where your leadership can make a direct impact and your professional growth is supported every step of the way, Panda Express invites you to join their family and become part of an iconic brand with a strong foundation and a promising future.
