Job Description
Taco Bell, a leading fast-food restaurant chain known globally for its innovative Mexican-inspired menu, is on the rise once again, expanding its footprint and enhancing its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a company, Taco Bell values passion, leadership, and a people-focused approach, making it an ideal workplace for those who thrive in dynamic environments and love building strong teams. The brand's culture is centered on innovation, growth, and fun, encouraging employees to grow their leadership careers while contributing meaningfully to the success of the restaurant and the satisfaction of each guest. Known for being a pioneer in the quick-service industry, Taco Bell emphasizes a hands-on management style where leaders are empowered to lead by example and inspire their teams to exceed expectations.
This particular role is for an Assistant Manager position with a Taco Bell franchise operated by Luihn VantEdge, which offers a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop their management skills in a fast-paced environment. Unlike corporate positions, employment is directly with the franchise owner, who independently manages wage and benefit programs that may vary. This role requires a commitment of 50 hours per week, with compensation paid hourly aligning with the provided annual salary range. As an Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a superior guest experience, and driving team performance. The position is multifaceted, involving leadership, training, scheduling, maintenance oversight, and administrative tasks, all aimed at maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
The Assistant Manager will serve as a key leader in the restaurant, stepping in to provide direction and support when the Restaurant General Manager is unavailable. This includes managing shift execution, labor management, financial goals, and addressing customer and team issues with professionalism and care. This role is designed for a natural leader who thrives under pressure, enjoys mentoring team members, and is passionate about developing a positive workplace culture. The position comes with numerous benefits such as a performance bonus paid every four weeks, free meals during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance with significant coverage for you and your family, paid time off starting at three weeks, 401(k) with company match, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, education support through GEDWorks, scholarships, tuition reimbursement, retail discounts with Taco Perks and KFC Employee Perks, and access to an Employee Assistance Program for additional support.
In summary, this role offers a blend of leadership, growth, and fun, presenting a compelling career path for those ready to make an impact in the fast-food industry. It invites motivated individuals who are organized, results-driven, and passionate about people development to join a team where they can grow professionally while contributing to the vibrant and innovative Taco Bell brand.
