Job Duties
- Assist the store manager with maximizing sales and profits
- Recommend strategies to assist with store marketing
- Meet store operations and customer service objectives
- Manage cash handling procedures including making deposits
- Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating
- Operate ovens and bake ingredients within standard constraints
- Decorate cookies and cakes using various templates
- Ensure cleanliness of store and preparation areas
- Assist with recruiting, training and developing store personnel
- Coach and develop associates to meet operational goals
- Serve guests and create an exciting experience
- Handle employee performance issues with appropriate documentation
- Operate a register and ensure money and cash handling accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to federal, state and local laws
- Perform paperwork and administrative tasks
- Adhere to company standards
- Perform other duties as required
