This job position is salaried, non-exempt, with an annual starting salary range of $50,000 to $55,000, and offers eligibility for performance-based bonus rewards and overtime pay. Employees can expect real work-life hours, typically from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, with no drive-thru services, supporting a balance between professional and personal life. The role emphasizes leadership in the restaurant industry with at least one year of managerial experience, focusing on controlling costs and leading dynamic shifts. Job Requirements
