This job position is salaried, non-exempt, with an annual starting salary range of $50,000 to $55,000, and offers eligibility for performance-based bonus rewards and overtime pay. Employees can expect real work-life hours, typically from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, with no drive-thru services, supporting a balance between professional and personal life. The role emphasizes leadership in the restaurant industry with at least one year of managerial experience, focusing on controlling costs and leading dynamic shifts.
